ORDER PROCESSING
The Site records the request for orders from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00. All requests are managed during these hours. The order is considered to be processed only after the payment has been registered of the order itself. Orders placed and processed cannot be modified, however, if the goods have not been still sent, a request for modification can be made via email to Customer Service which reserves the right to decide the matter independently. Strategia Srl reserves the right to refuse an order in case where Paypal is unable to receive verification from the Customer's bank. Strategia Srl is reserves the right to refuse orders or refuse to provide services to anyone at any time.
SHIPPING
The Products that are available in the warehouse will, as a rule, be delivered in the shortest possible time and however, indicatively:
- In Italy, within 3 working days of receiving payment.
- In EU countries other than Italy and in other countries, within 5 working days of receiving payment.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during working hours, by specialized courier, with special packaging / wrapping to the recipient's address indicated by the Customer. The delivery terms above indicated refer to the products present in their warehouses and must be considered non-binding for Strategia Srl, which may subsequently confirm or modify them, according to its needs.
Upon receipt of the Products, the recipient must verify that the Products correspond, including in number, to the Products ordered, it being understood that, in the event of discrepancy between the Products delivered and the Products ordered, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the goods, or based on the weight/volume ratio and based on the place of delivery of the Products, according to agreements defined with the forwarder responsible for the delivery and clearly indicated to the Customer both on the occasion of the purchase of the Products and in subsequent confirmation messages.
