Who pays customs duties for non-EU shipments? Customs duties are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Is the return free of charge? Returns are free of charge solely and exclusively for size exchanges within the European Union (EU). For refund requests or for countries outside the EU, the return shipping is paid and organized by the customer.
Is a return label provided? The label is provided only for size exchanges within the European Union.
In case of a return, is the original shipping cost refunded? No, the shipping costs incurred at the time of the initial purchase are non-refundable under any circumstances; only the value of the item will be reimbursed.
How many days are available to make a return? The customer has 14 days from the delivery date.

📦 Detailed Shipping Guide
Strategia Shoes carries out global shipments divided by geographic macro-areas, with fast delivery times from 3 to 5 working days. Warning for non-EU shipments: Any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees applied by the destination countries remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER PROCESSING
The Website registers order requests from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. All requests are managed during these hours. Order fulfillment is considered complete only after the registration of the payment. Placed and processed orders cannot be modified; however, if the goods have not been shipped yet, a modification request can be sent via email to Customer Service, which reserves the independent right to decide on the matter. Strategia S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse an order if Paypal is unable to receive verification from the Customer's bank. Strategia S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse orders or provide services to anyone at any time.
Products available in stock will normally be delivered as quickly as possible and, approximately:
- In Italy, within 3 working days from receipt of payment.
- In EU States other than Italy and in Other Countries, within 5 working days from receipt of payment.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during working hours, by a specialized courier, in a suitable package/packaging to the recipient's address indicated by the Customer. The delivery terms indicated above refer to products present in the warehouses and are to be understood as non-binding for Strategia S.r.l., which may subsequently confirm or modify them according to its needs.
Upon receipt of the Products, the recipient must verify that the Products correspond, also in number, to the ordered Products, it being understood that, in case of non-conformity, the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the goods, or based on the weight/volume ratio and the place of delivery, according to agreements defined with the courier and clearly indicated to the Customer both at the time of purchase and in subsequent confirmation messages. Upon arrival of the goods, the Customer is requested to carefully inspect the package before signing proof of delivery. Packages are carefully packed. If for any reason the packaging appears tampered with, the Customer is requested to sign for receipt with reservations or to refuse delivery. In the event that delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering, the Customer is requested to contact the courier immediately.
Strategia S.r.l. is not responsible for missing items, theft, or damage to shipments or their content if the package was accepted without reservation. If for any reason the delivery cannot be successfully completed to the address provided by the Customer, the package risks being sent back to the sender. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer. Shipments are insured; this coverage expires upon delivery.
For non-EEC countries, customs administrative taxes may apply, totally at the expense of the recipient, which may vary at the discretion of customs. These fees are not managed by Strategia S.r.l. and will be subsequently invoiced directly by the Customs Authorities of the country to which the ordered products are shipped.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The return policy differs based on the reason and the geographical location:
Size Exchange (European Union only): It is free of charge if the official procedure is followed. An official label will be sent to ship back the incorrect product.
Return for Refund (Italy and EU): The return shipping is paid and must be organized by the customer. In case of return approval, the item amount will be refunded, while the shipping costs incurred for the initial order will not be reimbursed.
Return from non-EU countries (Both Exchange and Refund): All return operations are paid and executed at the care and expense of the customer.
The right of withdrawal (and cancellation of the contract for any reason) can be exercised by the customer-consumer (meaning a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to professional activity). To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to Strategia Srl within 14 working days from the delivery date of the goods.
Please Note: Customers purchasing with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation or accessory equipment).
- To limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to place it inside a second box (it is forbidden to apply labels or adhesive tape directly onto the product's original packaging).
- The shipment, until arrival at the warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
- The shipping costs for returned goods are borne by the buyer.
Strategia Srl is not responsible in any way for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments. Cash on delivery or freight collect packages will not be accepted under any circumstances.
CUSTOMER REFUND
Strategia Srl will provide a full refund for the value of the item.
Shipping Costs and Duties for Returns
In case of a refund request, the original shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the customer's responsibility. Furthermore, any shipping costs for returning the product are entirely borne by the buyer. For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and any administrative costs incurred during the original shipment cannot be refunded and remain the customer's responsibility. Regarding the return of goods, any customs duties and import fees applied by the Italian authorities upon entry into Italian territory are entirely at the expense of the sending customer. It is recommended to carefully check the product features before purchasing. The refund will be processed exclusively for the net value of the goods, net of all the ancillary costs indicated above.
SIZE EXCHANGE (Non-EU Countries)
In case of a size exchange, the shipping costs for returning the item to the warehouses are borne by the customer. The shipping costs for the new dispatch of the replacement item also remain the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise indicated by Customer Service.
For shipments from non-EU countries, it is also specified that any customs duties, import taxes/duties, clearance costs, and administrative charges related to both the return of the goods and the subsequent shipment of the replacement item remain entirely the responsibility of the customer. If such costs are charged to Strategia Srl, the company reserves the right to request reimbursement before proceeding with the shipment of the new item and/or to deduct them from any refunds.
It is recommended to carefully check the size, features, and details of the product before purchasing. Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed exclusively for the net value of the goods, net of all the ancillary costs indicated above.
WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXPIRES
- The right of withdrawal expires if Strategia Srl ascertains:
- Partial or total use of the good.
- The absence of the outer packaging and/or the original internal packaging.
- The absence of integral elements of the product.
- Damage to the product due to causes other than its transport.
In the cases mentioned above, Strategia Srl will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the latter.
COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS
All communications or complaints by the Customer towards Strategia Srl regarding Purchase Contracts must be addressed to Customer Service by writing to servizioclienti@strategiashoes.com.
JURISDICTION
The Purchase Contract between the Customer and Strategia Srl is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law.
