STRATEGY FOR THE EUROPEAN MARKET

The project carried out by the company STRATEGIA SRL has among its main objectives that of implementing an important strategy of digitalization of sales and commercial promotion processes in order to consolidate brand reputation and brand awareness in Italy and abroad and to obtain a competitive advantage in an increasingly demanding international context.

 

Description

The project introduced significant innovations in organizational processes and digital marketing to expand into foreign markets. A key innovation was the development of a B2C e-commerce platform on Shopify, which digitizes sales and customer relationship management, offering advanced features such as multilingual management, traffic analysis, abandoned cart notifications and other options to promote sales and optimize services. In addition, the company increased its visibility and brand recognition through a digital marketing strategy that integrates websites, social networks and the e-commerce portal.
